Through the Site, Users may access information, schedule deliveries, and use the logistics services provided by Osiris Experience, which consist of the autonomous transport of products by drone from affiliated stores to validated delivery locations, preferably in rural areas.
Accessibility for visually or hearing-impaired users
1.1. Osiris Experience SpA makes available to all Users inclusive mechanisms to facilitate the reading, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, especially for people with visual or hearing impairments. These mechanisms are applied across the Site.
1.2. Available features include: a) High-contrast mode (Dark Mode): Available to facilitate on-screen reading by allowing color inversion and reducing eye strain. b) Screen reader compatibility: Site content is structured so that it can be easily read by automatic reading systems (screen readers), available on most mobile devices and computers. c) No complex graphical tables: The Terms and Conditions have been drafted avoiding visual elements that hinder automated reading. d) Text scalability: Font size can be adjusted directly from the browser or operating system settings.
1.3. If you require additional assistance to understand these Terms and Conditions, Osiris Experience SpA will provide accessible contact channels to offer personalized help, including support via text, voice, or alternative media, by prior arrangement.
1.4. Osiris Experience SpA reaffirms its commitment to digital inclusion and will continue implementing accessibility improvements in accordance with applicable national and international standards.
User registration and access credentials
2.1. To access the drone delivery services offered by Osiris Experience SpA, the User must register on the Site or authorized platform by completing a form with truthful, up-to-date, and sufficient information for technical validation of the DELIVERY LOCATION. Express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a mandatory requirement to complete registration.
2.2. Once registered, the User will have a personal, confidential, and non-transferable identifier and access password allowing them to log in, schedule deliveries, track order status, and manage delivery preferences. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and must immediately report any unauthorized use of their account.
2.3. Osiris Experience SpA may, at any time and without prior notice, suspend or cancel a User account if it detects false information, misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any other conduct that compromises operational security or the legality of the service.
2.4. Registration is free and mandatory to use the drone delivery service. Guest or accountless access will not be enabled for these purposes, given the need to validate DELIVERY LOCATION conditions in advance and ensure shipment traceability.
Purchase process and formation of consent
3.1. Osiris Experience SpA acts as a logistics operator and technology platform that facilitates the transport of products purchased by Users from external affiliated stores. Accordingly, purchase contracts are entered into directly between the User and the supplier store, with Osiris Experience SpA playing no role in determining prices, sales conditions, or product availability.
3.2. The User's acceptance of an offer is subject to Osiris Experience SpA's technical and logistical validation of the feasibility of the drone delivery. This validation considers: (a) operational availability in the DELIVERY LOCATION area; (b) product compatibility with technical load and volume parameters; (c) weather or regulatory conditions at the time of scheduling; (d) accuracy of the data provided by the User.
3.3. Once logistical feasibility is validated, Osiris Experience SpA will send the User a dispatch confirmation with the estimated delivery window, the order identifier, and the indicated DELIVERY LOCATION.
3.4. Consent shall be deemed formed solely with respect to the transport service offered by Osiris Experience SpA once this dispatch confirmation is issued.
3.5. If delivery cannot be validated due to technical, weather, or regulatory reasons, the User will be notified to arrange an alternative transport option, rescheduling, or cancellation.
Available payment methods
4.1. The products offered on the Site, unless a different method is specified for particular cases, promotions, or offers, may only be paid with debit cards, prepaid cards, or enabled bank credit cards issued in Chile or abroad. Use of such cards is subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and, with respect to the issuer, to what is agreed in the respective Account Opening Agreement and Terms of Use.
Product selection and order assembly
5.1. Upon accessing the Site, the User may build their order by selecting products available for drone delivery. These products will be clearly identified as compatible with the aerial delivery system and must meet the technical criteria established by Osiris Experience SpA.
5.2. Once the purchase process is complete, the User must select the DELIVERY LOCATION, indicating an authorized and validated point for aerial reception. Osiris Experience SpA reserves the right to reject delivery in non-enabled zones.
5.3. If selected products are unavailable at the time of order preparation, the User will be contacted to offer: (i) a refund for the missing product; (ii) substitution with a product of similar characteristics; or (iii) rescheduling of delivery.
5.4. At checkout, the User will see a detailed summary of selected products, payment method, and estimated delivery window, which may be subject to adjustments due to weather or technical conditions.
5.5. Fragile products without special packaging and products prohibited by aeronautical authority or applicable regulation will not be accepted. The system will automatically calculate whether the total weight and volume of the order exceeds the maximum capacity allowed per flight.
Delivery and dispatch to the delivery location
6.1. The customer who has purchased a product through the Site and has selected drone delivery must ensure that the DELIVERY LOCATION meets the minimum safety and aerial accessibility conditions stated on the Site at the time of purchase.
6.2. The dispatch service cost varies based on the locality, operational conditions of the environment, and system availability, and will be communicated to the User before payment on the platform.
6.3. Products will be dispatched via automated drones to the DELIVERY LOCATION indicated by the User. It is the User's sole responsibility to accurately declare the DELIVERY LOCATION, understanding that it must be free of obstacles, people, animals, protruding roofs, power lines, or any element that prevents safe landing, descent, or package release.
6.4. The User agrees to: (a) ensure the DELIVERY LOCATION is clear and accessible; (b) ensure no minors, animals, or objects are within the safety radius during the operation; (c) accept that the service may be affected by weather conditions, interference, or technical failures; (d) expressly consent to the possibility that the aerial operation may be monitored via camera systems on board the drone, used exclusively for navigation, control, and safety purposes.
6.7. Delivery shall be deemed validly completed when the package descends and is successfully released at the DELIVERY LOCATION declared by the User. The receiving person must be 18 years of age or older.
Refunds
7.1. Osiris Experience SpA acts as a logistics operator; therefore, refunds arising from defective, incorrect, or cancelled products must be managed directly with the supplier store in accordance with their own refund policies.
7.2. If the User paid the logistics service by credit card, the refund will be processed and reflected in their account within a maximum of 7 business days from confirmation of case resolution.
7.3. If the logistics service was paid by debit card, electronic transfer, or other banking method, the refund will be made within a maximum of 5 business days from case resolution.
7.5. In cases of failed delivery due to causes attributable to the User (for example, incorrect DELIVERY LOCATION information, absence of a person eligible to receive, unsafe conditions), no refund of the logistics cost will apply.
Stock and purchase limits
8.1. All products offered for drone delivery are subject to the supplier store's stock availability at the time of order confirmation. Osiris Experience SpA does not maintain product inventory; its role is limited to validating the logistical feasibility of the aerial dispatch.
8.2. Product availability may be affected by operational conditions such as weight, volume limitations, or weather conditions that prevent consolidation of certain orders on the same flight route.
8.3. To ensure the operational safety of the service, Osiris Experience SpA may establish a maximum unit limit per order or per product, based on criteria such as drone load capacity, delivery zone, regulatory restrictions, and product type or category.
8.4. If quantity restrictions are established by the supplier store, these will apply together with the operational limitations defined by Osiris Experience SpA.
Right of withdrawal, warranties, and cancellation
9.1. The User may exercise the right to withdraw from the logistics service agreement with Osiris Experience SpA within 10 days from service confirmation, provided the drone has not been scheduled and the order is not in a preparation or in-flight stage.
9.2. The right of withdrawal will not apply if the flight has already been scheduled and is in progress or takeoff phase, or if the inability to deliver is due to conditions attributable to the User.
9.3. Osiris Experience guarantees the safe execution of aerial transport for the purchased product, in accordance with applicable technical parameters, safety standards, and regulations. In the event of operational failures directly attributable to Osiris Experience, the User may request a refund of the amount paid for the logistics service.
9.4. Warranties associated with the purchased product are the sole responsibility of the supplier store, which must respond in accordance with the applicable consumer protection law and its own warranty, withdrawal, or exchange terms.
9.5. The User may cancel the logistics service before scheduling, at no additional cost. If the service has been scheduled but not executed, an assessment will be conducted to determine whether a partial charge applies for costs incurred.
